Could Notion Be the Next Google Drive? (Or Just a Content Creator's Dream? | Swift Start Go

A conversation about AI tools, content systems, and staying memorable in 2024

This week’s conversation started with Notion’s new AI agents and ended up somewhere way more interesting.

My guest Jenna Redfield just got back from Notion’s conference in San Francisco where they announced AI agents that can search your entire workspace and automate tasks with a single command. They’re adding email, calendar, and going head-to-head with Google’s suite of tools.

But here’s where it got good: Jenna creates content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack every week without burning out. We talked about her VIP video days, why she wears red to every event (there’s a very smart reason), and the REPEAT framework that makes people actually remember you.

We also got into the stuff nobody talks about—what it’s really like when a video goes viral, how to stay authentic when you can’t tell what’s real online anymore, and why neurodivergent creators might have the biggest advantage with AI tools right now.

In this episode:

  • Notion’s rebuilt AI and what actually changed

  • Jenna’s batch content system across five platforms

  • The REPEAT framework for being memorable

  • Real talk about going viral and online authenticity

  • Why AI tools might work better for neurodivergent brains
